Bryan is the secretary and a shareholder of Bulloch, DuPertuis, Schulman, Seger & Co., P.C. He has a B.B.A. in Accounting, a Masters of Taxation and is a CPA licensed in the state of Texas. Bryan has over 16 years of financial management experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Director, Controller, Chief Financial Officer and CPA. Prior to starting his own firm in 1991, he was a tax executive in public companies for 6 years.
Bryan’s consulting experience includes:
- Planning matters such as income tax planning, retirement planning, and business valuations with individuals, corporate executives and individual business owners,
- Tax return preparation for corporate, partnership, individual, estate, fiduciary, and tax-exempt organizations,
- Tax representation/audits including federal, state and local tax matters,
- Financial statement preparation from compilation through audits
