Bryan is the Tax Manager at Bulloch, DuPertuis, Schulman, Seger & Co., P.C.. He has a B.B.A. in Accounting from West Texas State University. Bryan has 15 years of Tax and Accounting experience of which 13 has been spent in public accounting. He has worked in a variety of accounting firms from small and mid-sized firms to large firms.
Bryan’s experience includes:
- Tax preparation, planning and consulting for sole proprietorships, corporations, partnerships, non-profit organizations and individuals for both federal and state.
- Array of tax and accounting experience including professional service businesses, real estate, sales, manufacturing, petroleum, agriculture, etc.
- Experience in preparation of Consolidated Corporate, Controlled Corporate Groups, Limited Liability Partnerships,1120H, 1120F, 1120POL, etc.
